Our client is seeking to assemble a team of bright young Account Managers. They will be responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting retention and loyalty. You will work closely with their customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Key responsibilities;
Onboard new rewards partners
Maintain the relationship with the client/partner once live
Organize Quarterly Business Meetings with partners
Update and maintain all activities on database System (calls, meetings, emails)
Maintain clients wishlistÂ’s document and find the needed partners
Work closely with the operations team and update on the changes in the catalogue communicated from suppliers
Negotiate pricing
Compare and analyze offering
Report new partners and new territories/brands on a weekly basis, internally
Understand market trends – MENA & Global
