Onboard new rewards partners
Maintain the relationship with the client/partner once live
Organize Quarterly Business Meetings with partners
Update and maintain all activities on database System (calls, meetings, emails)
Maintain clients wishlists document and find the needed partners
Work closely with the operations team and update on the changes in the catalogue communicated from suppliers
Compare and analyze offering
Report new partners and new territories/brands on a weekly basis, internally
Understand market trends – MENA & Global
