Perform Project Accounting & Reporting activities effectively and efficiently, planning & implementation of monthly project forecasting for Dubai managed projects including aligning the new processes efficiently.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual Project financial reporting packages to Project Finance Manager and Local Area Finance Head.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, document procedures and interface within the Area.
Develop financial models to enhance key reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for P&L and Cashflow improvements.
Coordinate and prepare ad-hoc assignments on a monthly basis for management review.
Lead the development of the group for the team.
Perform and review group controls in accordance with our internal standards.
Coordinate and manage the CB&I business combined audit with external auditor.
Responsible for the review, maintenance, and updating of CMS finance procedures.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
8-13 years of total relevant accounting experience.
Qualified Accounting Degree with a Professional Certification in Accounting or Finance required.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting standards.
Intermediate to advanced PC Skills: Excel and PowerPoint required.
Hyperion HFM and Smartview experience is preferred.
JDE and Essbase experience is a plus.
