?Are you an AI/ML product manager looking to lead a team?
As our AI Product Team Lead you will grow our exciting auto ML engine product from its early days. Youve built an AI product or worked within a data-driven organization (ad tech, B2C, etc.) Youre passionate about connecting R&D to business, and youre good at it: you thrive in a fast-moving environment, you are analytical, and a people person. You have experience leading and motivating a diverse team while also requiring results and outputs. This can be experience from anything scouts, social activities, camp counseling, sports, that demonstrates your leadership potential while meeting goals. You are passionate about data/AI and have a finance/business background. You want to drive efficiency and collaboration within a global team.
Location: Abu Dhabi, with the opportunity to relocate from anywhere around the globe for competitive candidates
You will:
Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Translate product strategy and business logic into product requirements for the R&D teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, development, research, marketing, investments and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
?Do you have:
Proven experience in a dynamic product management or data science role in an AI/ML/B2C/ad-tech/data-centric company
Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) combined with presentation and public speaking skills; Hebrew is an advantage
A degree in Economics, Engineering, sciences (Math, Physics etc.), statistics, or similar
