Job Description
United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology faculty position in the Department of Speech Language Pathology, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. The successful applicant will teach undergraduate courses in the newly introduced BSc program in Speech-Language Pathology. Other responsibilities will include research, assessment, university and professional service, and other assigned duties as needed.
The post will commence from the 2023-2024 academic year with anticipated start date in mid-August 2023.
Minimum Qualification
PhD in Speech-Language Pathology or a related area (completed by the time of appointment)
SLP certification
research record in one or more of the following areas/disorders: o neurological disorders, motor speech disorders, deglutition and dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication
Preferred Qualification
research record in one or more of the following areas/disorders: o neurological disorders, motor speech disorders, deglutition and dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication
