We are currently seeking a ARM / ATL candidates to join our Personal Loan (Salary Transfer Loan / Non Salary Transfer Loan) division.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide solutions through appropriate financial products ( STL & NSTL)
Meet with customers to discuss their financial needs and provide guidance on products
Gather and analyze financial information and documentation from customers
Maintain and update customer files
Meet with customers and conduct follow-up on account and service requests
Continuously monitor and assess customer relationships and take action as necessary
Qualifications
Experience in loan processing and banking industry is preferred
Prior UAE experience in personal loans are mandatory
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
Salary
Fixed Salaries from AED 4000-8000 subject to experience, performance and present salary package
