We are seeking dynamic Insights professionals with proven experience to join our team! Ideal candidates for the role will have experience in Brand impact, Media ROI, Marketing effectiveness, performance marketing measurement etc. The role will involve managing multiple clients, collaborators, having a passion for working with clients, strong understanding of media and should have demonstrated success managing client partnerships with strong eye for business.

This role will lead the Media team within Kantar Insights Division for Middle East and offers an unique opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic team. It requires sound media effectiveness expertise and a good understanding of media platforms and ROI measurement. Other than that, the ability to triangulate multiple sources of data, to understand & address marketing effectiveness questions like a trusted advisor is key to success.

Key Responsibilities

This role is based out of Dubai. As an Associate Director, you would lead the media team for Kantar Insights, UAE.

Specifically, you will:

Be the face of Media Insights for clients, understand their business questions, find opportunities and be able to propose solutions to answer client business challenges.
Be partnering with internal and external collaborators to drive client engagement.
Spotting opportunities & drafting proposals based on client needs
Bring in strong marketing & brand perspective to client engagements.
Lead a team and groom them as well as building their Media expertise
Coordinate day-to-day activities of client engagements – relationship building and client delivery
Day-to-day manage and lead projects, working with own team and hubs for ‘execution’.
Interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story
Develop story-driven reports and client deliverables that synthesize data to meaningfully address client business objectives
Communicate to a high standard consistently and build effective relationships internally, and with clients, to ensure the smooth running and timely delivery of work
Capability requirements

Strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally Brand and Communications and/or Media Effectiveness
Curiosity about media and digital
Client management experience
Experience in Line management
