The ideal candidate will be committed to guest needs/necessities and care of the establishment. Responsible for the restaurant set up and its operation organization according to the policy and service standards and SOPs. Able to deliver service with a motivated passion, stylish and using best of techniques.
-At least 1 year in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
-Effective communication within the coordinating departments
-Up-selling skills training, HACCP
-Working knowledge of all forms of coffee and standard beverage recipes
-Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment
