The Benefits Advisor reports to the Global Remuneration Director. The role will support the Director, Total Reward in the effective delivery of Total Reward activities, always ensuring adherence to procedures and best practice processes. In line with best practice and established processes and procedures, the role is responsible for coordinating data, information, and analytics and engaging / organising workshops and communications as needed to ensure the delivery of the global benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs in line with the associated Reward strategies. It works closely with remuneration and benefits colleagues and People teams globally and directly supports the Director, Total Rewards. The role may also lead or support specific projects that are global in scope. This role is part of our global remuneration team.
About The Role
Act as the Global Program Administrator – Recognition: Supporting the Director, Total Rewards with delivery of the global recognition program (Appreciate), including governance, and analytics for specifically:
Budget tracking and monitoring (global), engaging with People teams as required to review spend levels
Administration and reporting within the Appreciate platform, including recognition intelligence reporting and approving role access provisioning for People Subject Matter Experts
Query management on program design / structural query management and resolution from Location People teams
Functional point of contact for the Worley I&DD Technical support team (where issues arise that link to program design)
Engage with the global payroll teams to ensure the correct Benefit in Kind entries for recognition awards.
Employee Assistance Program: Support the Total Rewards Director in the ongoing promotion and engagement of the Employee Assistance Program to maximise utilisation in all countries. Working with the Locations and the Global Mental Health Champion Committee to identify key training required, schedule and communicate relevant sessions.
Global Benefits Administration:
Administer the global Group Life Assurance plan, managing the reconciliation of benefits data on a regular basis.
Working with the People Team and Worley Enterprise Services to ensure the coordination of all data and employee information required for annual insurance renewals.
Make suggestions to improve the efficiency of our benefits administration processes.
Support the Director, Total Rewards with the coordination and administration of the Global Benefits Network meetings and objectives
Wellbeing: Working with the Total Rewards Director, and the Chair Global Mental Health Champion Committee to deliver the wellbeing strategy, to
Coordinate the ongoing engagement of the Mental Health Champion Network and Global Committee, supporting with meeting invites, scheduling, agendas and actions
Schedule and support any ongoing training delivered via the EAP or alternate third-party provider
Support the development of wellbeing learning modules within the e-learning platform
Monitor and track progress/ status of locations working with the EAP provider to implement the Ambassador program
Support in the set-up, coordination and facilitation of Line Manager engagement to determine key wellbeing challenges
Support the Director, Total Rewards in the management of Worleys global third-party suppliers / key vendors supporting benefits, recognition, and wellbeing. This will include (but is not limited to) regular engagement, budget reviews and ongoing partnership on key activities.
Maintain Wellbeing, Recognition and Benefit intranet pages, ensure that related communications are up to date.
Carry out other ad-hoc administration, research and analysis on a variety of topics.
Required
Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Higher or equivalent in English
Higher or equivalent in Mathematics
ECDL or Equivalent advanced Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel
Flexible Working Arrangements
The role can be managed through a flexible working arrangement dependent on candidate experience and preferences
Preference for the role to be based in EMEA or Americas however other locations may be considered
The role will need to participate in calls in different time zones to effectively work with a global team.
Flexible working options including working from home. There may be occasional work in a local Worley office based on business needs and dependent on office proximity.
