Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with technical leads from all areas of the business.
Engage with key contributors and cross-discipline teams from across the region to instil key messaging and develop tailored bid strategies.
Champion a way of working with a focus on planning and development of strong quality technical outputs.
Managing technical deliverables, including formulating methodologies, etc., with the inputs received from required technical teams.
Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our chances of success.
Act as a guardian of the governance process.
Continuously improve bid processes and best practices to increase our win rate.

Profile

Strong tender management skills to lead activities and multiple tenders, from Lead to Delivery.
Strong presentational skills and use of multiple software packages.
Efficiently review tendering requirements to achieve full compliance.
Clear communicative skills.
Architectural and/or Multi-Disciplinary Engineering background (advantageous).
