This role falls under the outdoor sales, where the candidate will be performing an all-around sales cycle (prospecting clients, qualifying, meetings, proposals, and signing contracts, while keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations and supporting the collection process of dues. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales experience within the country with proven track record of achieving targets and meeting KPIs while targeting a specific set of client base and focusing on meeting deadlines, while working on multiple tools (CRM, SOPs, etc..)

Key Responsibilities:

Solicit accounts within the assigned sector to offer a game changing Tech solution changing the way companies manage procurement of one of their most critical resource they purchase
Diligently follow up on leads and demonstrate our solution serving as an “advisor” rather than a salesperson
Acquire the necessary knowledge to act as a subject matter expert
Ensure consistent growth of quality revenue through development of existing and new sales channels. Build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on growth, retention and profitability and develop action plans accordingly
Seek referrals from existing client portfolio and actively grow their network
Collect market insight and constantly scan the competitive landscape to participate in the company’s commitment to excellence

Skills/Competencies:
3+ years of experience in selling B2B products or solutions in the UAE
Local market background and experience in offering complex enterprise solutions to one or more of the industries we target
Proven track record of achieving a conversion rate of 20% or higher
Market access – Existing relationships – Will need 10 sales consultants to solicit new accounts in the following industries:
Logistics and Transportation
Distribution
Construction & Mining
Manufacturing
Site services
Sales Cycle management – Identify, pitch, close, maintain, grow.
Cold calling
CRM tool experience and sales reporting
Motorized with a driving license
