At Atkore Flexicon we are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Manager UAE
to be responsible on major projects in the United Arab Emirates.
The role will take responsibility for the delivery of the sales and profit budget in agreed targets, operating within specification channels. You will be responsible for the pre-qualification and specification of Flexicon products on major projects in the United Arab Emirates. The delivery of your objectives will be reliant on you owning the process of specification and working closely with the local Flexicon distributors to ensure that Flexicon is the vendor of choice on high specification projects. Working closely with major consultants, designers, and contractors, you will be the first point of contact for specifiers aiding them in correct product specification for their application, with the support of the Flexicon Technical Support team.
Degree in Business and or Engineering
Multi-lingual e.g. Arabic and English
Experienced technical sales/account manager with proven track record
Exposure to working with international customers
Experience of working in industrial manufacturing
Commercial experience with proven ability to increase sales in key accounts and industrial markets
Scale and growth, experience gained in a fast-growing company indicative range of £10m to £50m
Ability to build rapport with customers
Knowledge of customer service principles
Candidates need to be based in UAE, fully eligible to work there. Also, happy to travel internationally, has a valid passport and driving license.
