An excellent opportunity has arisen within our AWM Division for a Clinical Specialist in Dubai. The incumbent is responsible the coordination and implementation of educational and clinical initiatives that support business objectives for assigned accounts and/or geographies. The Clinical Specialist works in collaboration with Advanced Wound Management sales and Marketing Managers to ensure a coordinated effort in meeting sales and clinical education objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Be the ambassador of key stakeholders within the market, (universities, Health Authorities, Academic institutes) and other medical/healthcare associations, and engage with them to understand their patient health priorities and identify opportunities that align with the strategic medical objectives of Smith and Nephew
Supporting and promoting profitable business results through the execution of current business strategies.
Provide education on the clinical impact of AWM products to help inform customer decision-making and improve patient outcomes through the communication of real-world data and scientific evidence.
Promoting high level customer relationships via clinical support for the sales and marketing teams.
Provide leadership in the field through coordination of clinical programs and product education, inclusive of clinical study/paper reviews with the field sales team, and cross-functional departments including marketing, channel (Distributor), and sales training. Interface and engage with Regional and Global clinical team, as necessary.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the entire assigned product line.
Maintain on-going knowledge of market activity and competitive products and programs.
Drive utilization of products through clinical and product education and through serving in an advisory role to our customers (both internal and external) regarding Advanced Wound Management (surgical & device reprocessing) formularies, protocol, policies, and procedures. This includes assisting marketing with development and implementation of internal and external product promotional programs.
Support product trials/evaluations, in-servicing, and conversion activities for assigned account targets and as needed.
Provide clinical input and leadership to field sales and marketing on a regular basis.
Provide clinical assistance to marketing, sales training, and Distributor teams.
Deliver effective communications with key customers, both internal and external.
Effectively drive projects from start to completion.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with 3-5 years acute care experience required.
Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent
Ability to Travel
Experience
Clinical Education experience is preferred.
Engaging and dynamic presentation style with the ability to communicate complex data and clinical information to internal and external audiences.
Dynamic, decisive, and highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.
3-5 years in Clinical Education
Ability to communicate in English & Arabic.
