Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will ensure to grow of our partnership with local reference sites and KOLs to improve their MRI expertise and utilize this for regional and, if possible global marketing
Will be responsible for creating user meetings and supporting the exchange of information among the KOLs in the regions.
You will be responsible for identifying local reference sites and supporting the setup and maintenance of those sites in close coordination with the Country Manager, Zone Business Manager, and Collaboration Manager in the zone as well as at headquarters
You will be responsible for the clinical MR marketing education activities in the Middle East, including the following:
You will be the point of contact for any advanced clinical MR questions within the zone
You will work with our customers to inform, promote, and support them in utilizing advanced MR applications and clinical techniques and developing their clinical expertise
You will support the resolution of customer queries concerning advanced application questions
You will be the point of contact for planning and performing MR workstation demonstrations at
local congresses, workshops, and customer visits, including pre-sales clinical demonstrations
You will drive cross-modality clinical education with your peers from other modalities (e.g., CT or MI)
You will support the Zone Business Line and Product Sales Executive in driving the communication of new MR technologies and their clinical outcomes to the respective Sales and Service employees locally as well as our business partners, e.g., training, webcasts, and newsletters
You will work closely together with the regional applications managers and local MR application teams to ensure consistent messaging to our customers; this should be done through regular meetings/calls, project kick-off meetings, applications support as required, and joint educational efforts
You will align closely with the Zone Business Line Manager and Zone MR PSE on strategies for the zone in respect of product positioning and clinical focus areas
You will support local MR sales and training activities, e.g.
You will provide support for the preparation and hosting of sales training, including the preparation of training materials, mainly on clinical aspects and system physics
You will develop clinical competition intelligence and comparisons to support sales and marketing activities in the field
You will work closely with MR BMs and PSEs to support pre-sales discussions with the clinical inputs
You will support the local sales teams and business partners by answering the clinical tender questions
Your Qualifications And Experience
Qualification as a radiographer, MTA, or similar education
Minimum 5 years of experience in MRI application
Deep knowledge of MR (advanced) applications
Good understanding of clinical workflow
Experience in customer clinical training
Certain experience in marketing would be beneficial
Strong level of English communication
Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial

Willingness and flexibility for a high amount of traveling (up to 70%)
Good level of understanding of radiology workflow
