BICS for several years is working in a field of Cloud Communications (Cloud numbers and PSTN as a service) and continuous looking for its development. As Cloud Com Business manager, you will be an internal and external point of contact for the new and existing country coverage mainly in Europe. Your challenge consists in becoming an internal point of contact for Cloud Com domain to all our internal stakeholders (Finance, Commercial, Product Management and Legal) to ensure optimal customer experience and compliance. Additionally, you will develop and maintain successful relations with external partners (fixed, mobile operators and regulatory bodies -NRAs).
Provide expertise for all internal teams regarding market knowledge based on assigned coverage portfolio, including commercial, technical and regulatory knowledge.
Negotiate and manage the cost base for external partners (Suppliers, Hosts and 3rd parties) effectively optimising Direct Margin across Cloud Com products.
Deliver coverage extension through contract negotiation and implementation with suppliers and host.
Communicate externally with NRAs in coordination with Legal Team.
Coordinate and implement internally regulatory requests/changes across all departments (Commercial, Technical and Financial).
Ensure compliance through translating of Legal and Regulatory requirements (provided by Legal Team) into Internal business processes within assigned portfolio.
A University Degree in Engineering/Economics or minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom.
Knowledge of fixed and mobile networks.
Excellent negotiation and communication competencies
Natural problem-solving and prioritization skills
You are a result-oriented person with a strong customer focus.
Previous experiences managing commercial agreements.
