Infrastructure DevOps: Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Overall responsibility: Responsible for implementation, testing and operation of HW/SW components of NFV
Orchestration and automation of all software and configurations development lifecycle processes
Automated event recovery, monitoring and anomaly detection.
Detailed Job Description, Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation, testing and operation of HW/SW components of NFV
Maintains best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
Maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company’s products and services
Communication and cooperation with 3rd parties/ vendors
Participates on solving and eliminating of ops issues (incl. Ticket escalations)
Responsible for preparation and administration of the technical documentation.
Experience & Qualifications
Several years of experience in system administration or cloud operations
Hands On Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHCE)
Hands on experience with Continuous delivery tools (GIT, Jenkins, or Ansible)
Hands on experience Experience with cloud/NFV technologies on Openstack platform
Work Experience with Openshift will be plus
Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
Good understanding of ETSI NFV architecture, building blocks and functionalities
Good understanding of monitoring solutions (Prometheus or Zabbix) is a plus
General knowledge of network protocols (Open SDN experience is a plus)
Experience implementing/supporting Kubernetes is a plus.
