Job Title: Collections Executive

Role Summary: A Collections Executive is responsible for managing and undertaking a collections process for debts that have been allocated. They are also responsible for keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and to plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field.
Qualification Summary: The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with an assertive yet respectful approach. They should have a strong background in customer service and account management, with a proven track record in debt collection.
