You will act as a specialist, supporting sales with sales activities, documentation handling, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead generation, quotations to customers, specifications to customers, customer Communication.
Heres some of the other things you can look forward to:
CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (CARAVEL Hub-Middle East).
Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS/CPQ.
Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).
Support for customer product queries from collection of information to basic technical advice.
Guarantees issuing, coordination, control.
Coordinating OBP documentation and log.
High quality and management of Guarantees.
Maintaining OBP documentation as per process.
Compliant and updated Price Lists.
High quality of reporting and analysis.
Timely support in business decisions/processes for commercial team.
This role will report to the Sales Manager Marine -EMEA/Hub 2
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE).

You Should Also Have The Following Qualifications
Graduate and above
Excellent MS Office, Excel skills
Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent Organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
Customer Focus and highly keen on learning
Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure
