Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
Self-source leads on a continual basis through different channels and develops trust-based relationships with the aim of winning new business
Present Bayzat’s Work Life Platform in a professional & consultative manner
Strive to provide Bayzat’s customers with an excellent customer experience and develop long-standing relationships
Eager to always learn about the market and the competitive landscape
Manage strong pipeline & present accurate pipeline management
Adapt to the fast-paced work environment, prioritizing core responsibilities while managing multiple tasks
Leverage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders

What you will need to have:

Strong communication & presentation skills, fluency in English: Written & Verbal
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
Ability to leverage insights and data through the sales process to add value to buyer discussions Skillful presenter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Self – Starter & Assertive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
