Reporting to the Country Director, you will be responsible for target setting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as identifying and developing opportunities within the region. You will be directly accountable for the achievements of the transactional and revenue goals. You are an expert at managing and growing the sales and in-store business within the existing network of agents through pricing proposals and incentive programs. You will enhance merchandising and introduce new products. You will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing service quality issues with all levels of the field team.

For this role, we require you to be commercially astute and have an eye for identifying new market opportunities. You will have a proven record of successfully identifying and leading these opportunities generated and creating business plans. You come from a financial services and money remittance background. You are culturally sensitive to the landscape in the Middle East. You will be able to use your strong interpersonal skills to drive and build positive relationships to meet the strategic plan. Previous experience with agile working methodologies is also desirable.
