Our client is a well-established exclusive fitness centre catering to high-net-worth individuals. As part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experience customer acquisition manager to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be who will be responsible for lead generation and CXO level client acquisition conversion through increasing membership sign up, retention and client success management to increase the customer base and revenue.
Actively participate in growing the fitness centre through membership acquisition and retention through being the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive operational improvement.
Implementing system, policies and procedures ensuring that the highest standard of client service is delivered maintaining all cultural and fitness protocols are maintained.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on membership acquisition ensuring that monthly targets are met.
Develop new classes, programs and initiatives to encourage membership growth.
Ensuring all aspects of health & safety are maintained.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years experience in business development, sales client acquisition and customer retention within a health & fitness, spa, sports or recreation centre or dance studio.
Experience of working in a client / membership environment and managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Proven capabilities in business networking at business owner and senior executive leadership level.
Proven ability to be proactive in customer engagement and high sense of customer satisfaction.
Strong financial acumen with experience of financial planning and revenue growth.
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to build relationships with CEO, C-level executives, entrepreneurs and high net worth clientele.
