The Customer Service and Supply Chain (SC) Manager reports to the MEA Regional director and functionally to the Global SC Director. She/he is member of the MEA Region management team and her/his main role is to guarantee the good application of the customer service and supply chain policies to answer the customers’ expectations at the best cost and to ensure their satisfaction.

He/she is responsible to drive the regional customer service and supply chain by coordinating the sales forecast, order book and the replenishment schedules (through local warehouses or directly to the final customers) while optimizing the local inventories

Main responsibilites

Lead a team of 7 Customer Service team members & Supply Planning Manager based in France, Turkey and UAE and takes fully part in the global SC community and transformation projects (recruit, measure performance, coach the team, ensure effectiveness of the Service and organization…).
Sales development and support for new product launches:
Prepare, lead the monthly regional demand review and highlight the important information to be considered during the SiOP process.
Guarantee compliance with international trade rules, European and local regulations
Ensure that customer information is maintained (customer base, customer specificities) and coordinate operations with Adisseo HQ support services.
Customer Service
Guarantee the maintenance of good practices in Sales Administration from validation of the commercial offer to customer invoicing to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Define and enforce the customer dispute management policy and measure its performance.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction KPI.
In collaboration with the global SC (and the SBUs for inventory purposes), define and implement the regional supply chain strategy : product flows, distribution rules, warehouse positioning and dimensioning, replenishment rules, inventory levels and targets. Monitor KPI and associated action plan to improve the performance.
Main Skills

Required Profile

Master of international trade or business school with specialization in supply with a proven experience of at least 5 years as a customer service and supply chain manager, preferably in industry sector.
Fluency in English (oral, written) is essential.
Microsoft suite office in particular Excel ; ERP knowledge, preferably SAP & CRM as Sales Force.
Good understanding of business issues, customer oriented, negotiation skills.
Good ability to take decisions and manage priorities, crises and demonstrate responsiveness.
Good ability to manage teams and coach them to ensure their progression
