Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our online casino gaming website in Dubai, UAE, immediately. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on utilizing Google Analytics to extract valuable insights. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online casino gaming platform by providing data-driven recommendations to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to collect and analyze data related to user behavior, player activity, and website performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide actionable insights.
Reporting and Visualization:
Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website changes.
Visualize data using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights clearly and intuitively.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of website changes, features, and marketing initiatives on player engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
Interpret A/B test results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Statistical Analysis:
Apply advanced statistical techniques and models to explore player data, perform cohort analysis, and predict player behavior.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses.
Data Quality and Documentation:
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by monitoring data sources and cleaning and preprocessing data as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for data analysis processes and methodologies.
Communication and Insights:
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, effectively communicating the implications of the data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Google Analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the online casino gaming industry is a plus.
