We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Dealer Relationship Executive who is responsible for managing and marketing assigned dealer relationships. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company. This team member`s overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts according to the Company’s established credit risk and profitability models.

In This Role, You Will
Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives
Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
Achieving monthly sales targets and margins.
Design dealer segregation.
Ensure the bidding activity is more than 95%
Ensure all dealers are active on the platform.
Ensure to engage with dealers in the auction.
Negotiate well and ensure to achieve the highest margins for the company.
Updating the system on time
Meeting all dealers weekly to build a strong relationship.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3-5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
Valid UAE driver’s license
In depth knowledge of the used car market
Expertise in wide range of makes, models, specifications specifically for GCC vehicles
Analytical, data driven outlook with strong segmentation skills.
Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.
Strong negotiation skills
Must have strong marketing and sales skills
Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude
Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.
