About the job
Our client seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their exciting projects and work alongside their teams within the digital payment space.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of key infrastructure projects that youll build from the ground up
Implement and expand Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes and tooling
Help implement containerization workflows using Docker and Amazon ECS
Write infrastructure as code using Terraform
Contribute to architecting our next generation infrastructure and processes with goals of scalability, maintainability and security
Maintain our infrastructure by automating software deployment, infrastructure configuration, and database management
Write automation scripts for various aspects of the infrastructure
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of demonstrated experience with modern DevOps tools and Cloud environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
3+ years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud environments
3+ years of experience in containerization technologies (Docker)
2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
Experience in Python, Go or similar languages, especially on testing, deployment, monitoring
Infrastructure as Code is a big plus (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
Knowledge in networking and security
Experience building CI/CD pipelines
Experience within the payment solutions or financial sector is a big advantage.
