As a Digital Banking Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our digital banking products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business teams, product managers, and development teams, to ensure the successful implementation of digital banking initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the digital banking industry.
Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
