Purpose of the role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities from concept to execution. Working closely with the marketing, creative and commercial teams and overseeing the day-to-day execution of e-commerce lead generation and digital marketing campaigns, s/he is responsible for ensuring that the brand is consistently represented and promoted in line with company directives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar in line with business objectives.
Plan, manage and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, CRM, GDN ads & GSN, retargeting, social ads, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience of ecommerce site.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Bachelors/ Diploma in Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related discipline.
Proven working experience of 5 to 7 years in digital marketing and ecommerce brand management.
Demonstrable experience leading digital brands in an ecommerce setting.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Creative, innovative, and tech savvy.
