Puffy is now looking for an exceptional Director of Marketing to lead our growth strategy and the cross-functional execution of e-commerce priorities and retail expansion in the US market. In this role, you’ll drive growth for the business by leading the strategy and execution of campaigns across our digital and offline acquisition channels. Our ideal candidate is data-driven, thoughtful, proactive, and confident.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition marketing strategies to build a foundation for long-term growth by decreasing the cost to acquire new customers and increasing customer lifetime value
Identify and prioritize new audience and channel expansion, leaning on both paid and organic opportunities.
Work with the Senior Management and key team members to refine our understanding of core customer segments, brand/product positioning, and messaging.
Analyze key traffic and conversion trends on relevant business and customer analysis
Lead regular cross-functional ecommerce business reviews, capturing key action items and ensuring follow-up
Build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support ecommerce growth
Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementality
Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing
Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
Partner with senior management and key team members to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce and retail expansion projects
Requirements

7+ years experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization
Must be a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience.
Experience efficiently scaling digital (e.g. SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.)
Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
A strategic, analytical thinker who understands ecommerce and customer behavior
Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working through uncertainty
Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights to a variety of audiences
Must be a proven leader with experience both managing teams of at least 15 people and executing large eCommerce projects.
A leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
Must have extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics, and sophisticated digital shelf analytics.
Must be a self-described data expert with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new eCommerce strategies.
Must demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
Must have the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
