Requirements For The Role

Understands the residential and commercial construction industry
2-3 years of relevant working experience
Has experience with the interpretation of construction and engineering drawings and documentation
Experience in tender preparations and quotations
Experience working and liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Good English skills, written and spoken
Stable Internet to be able to connect to the local server with VPN
Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
Able to work during Australian office hours
A person who shows great attention to detail and accuracy

Tasks within the role include but are not limited to:

Use industry software to create quotations for home builds
Review and evaluate cost estimates
Liaise with suppliers on pricing
Communicate with Sales Consultants if suppliers are out of stock for reselections
Assist the company with creating estimations
Other tasks around the admin side of Estimations
