As an Executive, Marine & Waterpark Sales, you will be responsible for converting group leads allowing the groups segment to reach and/or exceed the departmental revenue and attendance targets. This role is based in Dubai and is customer facing, both within the resort and visitation of local accounts, so successful candidates must have a drivers license and own form of transportation. You will also prepare all proposals and quotes which must be sent out within 24 hours of the initial enquiry in line with ATP standard template and prepare all contracts in line with ATP standard templates, ensuring that the contract has been signed by all relevant parties. You will secure all initial deposits related to the confirmed event, preparing any LPO in order to ensure swift payment is received, and ensure all activities related to bookings are entered into Galaxy, and ensure that respective departments are aware of incoming groups. The successful Executive, Marine & Waterpark Sales will have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role, have excellent English language and grammar skills, written and verbal, have excellent communication skills and thorough Microsoft Office knowledge with extensive understanding of the use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. You will also have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and efficiency, be able to prioritise and juggle many tasks, be able to use initiative and have the ability to deal with sensitive and complex situations and be self-motivated and career driven.
