We are hiring for an Executive Assistant based in Puffy’s Dubai office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our CEO’s daily functions. The Executive Assistant will take charge of coordinating the CEO’s daily office management tasks, handle the CEO’s schedule, emails, and various engagements, and provide proactive support amidst rapidly shifting priorities and demands. The selected candidate will be a key point of contact, playing an instrumental role in the CEO’s efficiency and success.

Executing and coordinating day-to-day office management for the CEO.
Managing the CEOs schedule, emails, and engagements.
Providing an efficient support service to the CEO including responsibility for the scheduling and management of appointments and meetings within a rapidly changing set of priorities and demands.
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders. Where appropriate, actively managing queries and responding on behalf of the CEO.
At times will be required to handle a number of personal tasks/projects for the CEO.
Collating and reviewing data on organization activity and preparing for reporting.
Scheduling and minute taking at Executive Team meetings and other meetings as required.
Booking and arranging accommodation and meeting space as required for the CEO and Executives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEOs style and organization policy.
5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant position.
Flexibility to travel around the UAE when needed.
A strong professional communicator with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels.
Highly organized with excellent administrative skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable in approach.
Strong experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience using Asana would be highly advantageous.
