The Antler Team
The Antler team comprises entrepreneurs, VC investors, and operators with strong track records of performance and achievement. The team has built companies such as fashion e-commerce company Zalora, e-commerce marketplace Lazada, music streamer Spotify, the worlds first successful online grocery store LeShop.ch, and other companies. The Finance Manager Role
We are looking for an all round Finance Manager based out of Dubai. You are responsible for all workflows related to tax, legal and finance. You support the global Finance team and local Partner group to ensure smooth business operations. You are responsible for the administration of Antlers Dubai operating company and MENAP investment fund.
You are also supporting each of the invested startups with incorporation and our investment team and local partners with quarterly KPI fund reporting.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all financial operations and day-to-day management of all financial tasks for Antler Dubai operating entity and Antler MENAP fund entity, including but not limited to:
Monthly reporting of management accounts to regional Partners and Group Finance; as well as local regulatory tax reporting, budgeting, forecasting and execution of monthly payroll in a timely manner.
Expense control to ensure compliance with our global expense policy
Work closely with auditors and manage the annual audit process of the MENAP Fund and operating company
Work closely with our global Head of Finance, CFO, Group Finance function, and local management to improve and maintain Antlers Finance, control and reporting functions
Manage all banking relationships with external banking providers
Work with local Partners in managing the cash flow and payments related to fund investments and expenses
Supporting Local Partners in managing the administrative tasks around the investment processes for follow-on investment rounds of portfolio companies
Requirements
Higher education and 5 to 8 years of work experience in a related field such as finance or business management.
Experience in financial management, reporting and process management
Detail-oriented and process-focused with strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to execute processes simultaneously.
Proactive and positive personality with excellent communication skills
