You will be working as Front End Sales Customer Service, will be the part of Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area for Service & Digital Platform division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to grow robotics service by continuous market and customer development

This position reports to

Local/Hub Division Manager

Your responsibilities
Analyzing and forecasting demand in the end-users ensuring growth in service product groups
Creating new business opportunities from non-contract customers by existing and new service product introduction and product mapping within product lifecycle, inclusive of preventive or corrective maintenance contract and spare parts to end-users
Service sales according to robotics service maintenance program and other site service activities to meet or exceed sales target, selling product services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets to robotics
Attending to end-users regularly for on-site installation and service requirement, troubleshooting when necessary and coordinating with factory for additional support as and when required
Applying maintenance engineering concept to the optimization of equipment, procedures and departmental budgets for end-users to achieve better maintenance, reliability and availability of equipment
Maintaining good customer relationship and customer satisfaction and working with local and global side by using the sales tools to improve the processes
Supporting the back end sales activities and establishing the processes and system to improve the productivity, from inquiry to ordering processes
Standardizing the offering for service products, from both global offering and local initiated offering
Your background
BBachelor’s Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experience in automation environment and experience in robotics would be an added advantage
Good command of English and strong communication
Resourceful, team player, result-oriented person who possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluency in English language is mandatory
