Role : Head of Internal Shari’a Control – ADIB Capital Location : Dubai Role Purpose: To handle all Shari’a functions in ADIB Capital including handles Shari’a Secretariat for ADIB Capital and reviewing its products’ structures, documentations and all related other documents and IT systems to assure their full compliance with Shari’a principles in light of ADIB Capital’s Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee’s guidance and resolutions. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Banking and Finance /Islamic Studies Bachelor Degree holder 10+ years’ experience in Islamic Banking 7+ years’ experience in Shari’a product development relevant to Wealth Management and Private Banking Superior verbal and written English communication skills Analytical thinking and effective time management skills Ability to handle complex tasks in minimal time and to provide effective Shari’a compliant solutions
