Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will devise and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in shaping the direction of their workforce and contributing to the agency’s success.
As the HR Manager, you’ll manage a dedicated HR team, promoting their professional growth and productivity. Your leadership will be vital in nurturing the HR department into a high-performing unit.
Handle all aspects of employee relations, and conflict resolution, and ensure a harmonious work environment. Your interpersonal skills will help create a workplace where every employee can thrive.
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. You will be the gatekeeper of our talent acquisition, ensuring we bring on board individuals who align with the agency’s vision.
Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring that all employee’s efforts are recognized and rewarded appropriately.
Identify training needs and ensure staff development programs are in place, allowing the team to continually enhance their skills.
Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local laws and regulations. Your knowledge of the UAE labor landscape will be critical in safeguarding our operations
Requirements:
With 7 to 10 years of HR experience, you’ll be responsible for fostering a thriving and inclusive workplace environment. Your wealth of experience will be a crucial asset in driving our HR initiatives.
Candidates must be based in the UAE, bringing a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations. Your local knowledge will ensure that we maintain compliance and navigate the unique aspects of HR in this region effectively.
