Job Summary:We are seeking an Interior Designer with 5-7 years of experience, a creative flair, and advanced skills in Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate is familiar with design codes and standards and has the ability to create high-quality 3D renders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with project teams to develop interior design concepts and presentations
Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings using Revit
Conduct site visits and provide design direction to ensure project quality
Work with clients and other stakeholders to understand their design vision and needs
Select and specify all interior finishes, materials, and furnishings
Attend design meetings and communicate project information with stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and best practices
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
Advanced skills in Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with design codes and standards
Ability to create high-quality 3D renders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
A bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field
