TaCa Healthcare (TaCa) is a tech driven chain of elective secondary care surgery centres, headquartered in Singapore. TaCa operating model bridges the gap between the middle class / lower middle-class population and expensive tertiary care hospitals for secondary care elective surgeries. Our aim is to make secondary care surgeries affordable and accessible to the common man.
The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Creating business plan documentations and high quality presentations for investors (Investor Ready Documents).
Accumulating data from all TaCa centers and partner hospitals including surgeons other than internal finance and account team to generate monthly/ annually insights and reports.
Generating a month on month performance report comprising of actual performance versus budget at various levels of dimensions and complexities.
Cascading a sales performance dashboard to monitor lead-lag KPIs against targets at sales manager, territory, and country level.
Managing the monthly performance review deck and any ad-hoc work associated with it if required.
Managing growth emerging markets and LOC level dashboards (Compass, DQS, Atlas, Market Research Analytics, Wise & Any Other Dashboards)
Market Research and analysis for the targeted countries.
Leading any process improvement/automation initiatives within the operations teams and tech team.
Ideal Profile
B. Tech from Top Tech school/ CA/ CFA/ MBA in finance (Top B School only).
Minimum 4 years of healthcare experience in data warehousing, data analytics, data modelling, insights generation and presentation.
Power BI/Excel/VBA Certification with excellent communication skills.
Experience in fundraising documentations/ process for start ups or healthcare/ health tech companies.
Working experience in top reputed VC/ PE would be preferred.
