Objectives of the role:
We are looking for 2 to 3 consultants to spearhead the next phase of our growth.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
Focus on placing professionals within the Information & Technology Industry
Emphasis on skill set and candidates’ qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
Primarily working in the newly qualified market, quality volume marketplace.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Results-driven and activity-based approach.
Ability to hire, mentor, and develop like-minded individuals.
Build teams of recruiters to open offices for Antal globally.
