Were working with a leading landscape design consultancy who are looking for a Design Director to be based in either London or Dubai. They specialise in hospitality and public realm so you should also be an expert in that field.
For this particular position we are looking for individuals who are currently a Director within a well known landscape design firm, similar to Martha Schwartz, LMS, Gustafson Guthrie Nichol, etc who wants to either spearhead their London arm or join their expanding team in Dubai.
Requirements
BA Hons Landscape Architecture from recognised Institution;
MA/PG Dip Landscape Architecture from recognised Institution;
Minimum 20 years professional experience;
Middle East experience is important but not 100% necessary
Proven track record of delivering world class hospitality projects for top tier Architects/Developers;
Commercial experience i.e RFPs, Business Development etc preferable;
Exceptional graphical and presentation skills;
