Job title: Lead Assets Coordinator

Job description:

Coordinates the flow of materials, parts and assemblies according to the Production schedule. Works with Managers to ensure proper resources are in place to support WIP or work to be released

Releases orders into production per Production Schedule or as requested. Print drawings, Routing and other related materials to create production order packet for the floor or shipping packet for outside service operations
Monitors WIP in the area of responsibility to ensure adherence to the schedule and transaction accuracy. Provides status reports of WIP to appropriate parties to support progress updates
Coordinates purchase orders for outside service operations Reviews production needs of Assembly or Manufacturing and determines priorities of action needed for unscheduled work * Assists with expediting the material movement of critical path materials and updates progress of WIP Production Orders
Works with Engineering to ensure that routings are appropriate for work to be done. Assists in preparing Capacity Load files for the area, as well as to ensure proper resources (manpower and machine tools) are available to support WIP, specially for emergency or unplanned releases
Supervises and directs the other work of asset coordinators and WST technicians for the repair and preparation of assets and shipment coordinator to customer

Location: Abu Dhabi

You are meant for this job if:

Technical diploma or Degree
4 to 6 years of experience. With 2-3 Years of Surface Wellhead experience in installations or MMR
Required knowledge of business systems SAP, InteServ and ServiceMax
Able to use MS Office and computer.
Operates with minimal supervision, must adhere to and support order release policies. Must be proactive in determining source of problems, corrective actions, & providing feedback. Research and gather data in ERP system for various reports and data request
Able to work variable schedule and operate “on call” in a fast-paced dynamic environment
