Job Discerption :

The job holder will handle accounting of sales Operations function by ensuring timely preparation of sales and related documents as per defined sales policies and procedures and interacting with government agencies (such as DLD, DM etc.) for transfer of ownership of asset.

Prepare and approve initial review of relevant type of agreement related to type of sale such as or post sale transactions including Sales, Purchase Agreement (SPA) and/or Ground Development Lease “Musataha” and all related documentation in the sales process.
Insure adequate support, validation and completion of sales contracts and/or other types of agreements as per approved policies and procedures.
Possess Working knowledge of laws pertaining to RERA regulations in addition to knowledge of applicable terms and conditions related to aspects of property sale agreements.
Track all Sales and ensure Team closes them within the time-frame.
Escalate any cases that are delayed for external reasons.
Implement KPIs for the team and external stakeholders to close cases.
Prepare regular reports to the Manager on all sales deals and contracts for management information, review and decision making.
Coordinate with other supporting departments to ensure all utilized agreements and information are up-to-date.
Ensure there are no knowledge gaps among team members.
Provide operational support to Management team for operational activities.
Gather effectively and synthesize complex or diverse information and present information for case study and/or escalation.
Set clear work unit policies and procedures, manage workflow and adjust when necessary.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

· Post Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education

Minimum Experience (number of years):

· 6-8 years of relevant experience

Job Specific Skills:

Oracle “or equivalent”
CRM,
Arabic language preferable
MS. Office Skills
