Job Role: Manager Talent Management and Acquisition

Location: Dubai

Reports to: Group Head of HR

Our client is an investment management company that is a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and services. They are looking for a Manager Talent Management and Acquisition to join their team in Dubai.

The hired resource will be responsible for driving all Talent Management, Engagement, Performance Management and Acquisition initiatives of the Group.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the Recruitment & Selection Process
Lead Creation of Talent Pool
Liaison with Recruitment agency
Drive Referral Policy and Social Media Posting
Support with driving the Performance Management
Drive Creation of IDPs
Drive Talent Review / Critical Talent Management
Succession Planning & Career Ladder
Support with Employee Engagement (Listening & welfare) Initiatives and Recognition Program Initiatives
Manage ATS (Job Application Management)
Manage Assessments / Assessment Centre
Drive Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Drive Emiratization

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in a related field (HR)
Additional Skills: Good Personality with Communication Skills
Years of Experience: 7 -10 years of experience in Talent Management
Job-specific skills: Data Analysis, Excel and PPT
