About The Job

Responsible to orchestrate and implement all trade marketing activities based on the market activation plan and in line with global guidelines.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Trade marketing specific responsibilities:

Oversee and steer the implementation of the market activation plan for all channels. This includes any multichannel partners i.e. multibrand online. Localize global tools, as required and agreed with central Marketing Delivery.
Plan and execute co-op marketing activities in line with the market activation plan.
Support Account Managers and District Managers to achieve sales target and contribute to sell-in activities.
Key point of contact for all channels when it comes to marketing requests or activities (internal and external requests).

Digital marketing specific responsibilities:

Drives and leads important initiatives to grow e-commerce 3rd party business in collaboration with inter-departmental teams.
Manages and develops local 3rd party ecommerce accounts to achieve the established business plan.
Oversee the performance, 3P activations and social marketing budget– ensuring the team is well set up to achieve set KPIs including traffic, sales and ROAS targets.
Ensures all accounts within their scope are coherent and aligned with brand strategy and with each other; an ambassador of the one brand approach across all related customer digital touchpoints.

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

University Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role within fashion and retail environment
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
Very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process
Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
