MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• Experiential projects management, brand experiences planning and strategy implementation.
• Public Relations operational support to the brand PR manager.
• Retail communications manager operational support in regional dealer relations management, and co-implementation of a retail marketing strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Events, Experiences, and Relationships:

• Development of experiential strategic direction for the brand, 2022-2026 with department head and department colleagues in line with the brand communication flow plan.
• Experiential creative concept co-development (in line with Audi AG / AME strategy and goals).
• Setup and management of individual projects with all involved partners.
• Planning of budget within given scope – with head of department agreed.
• Organization and management of all event-related sub-projects and suppliers, like car ordering and all associated logistics (regional transport / movements + clarification of vehicle uses after event), recruiting of hostesses, implementation and operational management of task forces, etc.
• Official result reporting in line with department reporting structure to HOD / Audi AG.
• Generate and develop new ideas for sponsorship events in line with agreed strategy.
• Align projects with Audi AG / AME standards / strategies.
• Planning and operational management of budget within agreed frame and project scope (CE’s, LPO’s processing)
• Official result reporting to HOD / AME management / Audi AG.
• Design, plan and strategically leverage Audi Driving Experience / Brand Experience elements as key properties in overall experiential mix initiative, as part of the wider strategy.
• Briefing of event agencies and creative evaluation of concepts.
• Overall event/ sponsorship budget management + regional support method implementation.
• Ensure all activities are measurable and aimed to build the premium brand values as set out in the brand strategy.
• Effectively manage/ train subordinates when required (Events Intern).

Customer experiences:

• Develop a strategic direction plan for brand’s association with external stakeholders (partners, brand ambassadors, businesses, etc) as part of the wider experience strategy.
• Set targets, KPIs and measures with department head, and implement the same into the strategic direction document.
• Ongoing implementation of the same, with measurable results.
• Ongoing creative concept development and management in this space, in line with the wider brand strategy.
• Leveraging plans for any and all associations, be it business partnerships, influencers or wider brand sponsorships for complete benefit of the brand in line with the brand image building strategy aimed at improving overall customer experience.

Retail communications operational support:

• Operational implementation management of retail steering methodology with a focus on logistics across markets, and all associated admin processing (LPO, supplier CE’s).
• Attendance of all regional market statuses, operational management and development of reporting templates, and support on overall task administration and implementation management to retail communications manager.
PR brand manager operational support:
• Co-management of PR agency supplier, and operational management of fleet schedules, PR strategies and future directions. Coordination of PR related activities within the experiential space to ensure alignment and transparency across the department in collaboration with the brand PR manager.

Reporting:

• Development and implementation of regular reports, in cooperation with department head and brand colleagues, focusing on brand performance in the experiential space,. Reporting template design and coordination with all necessary stakeholders and partners around timeous delivery of the same. Monthly.
• Delivery of a quarterly “insights” report focusing on brand performance in the responsible domain for the previous quarter. Aimed at providing tangible recommendations towards “future plans” to meet both brand and business goals.

Skills & Experience

3 years min. professional experience, in marketing, event or public relations management (automotive experience advantageous). Professional experience in Premium Automotive, regional experience, strong intercultural skills. University Degree (or equivalent experience in field), Marketing / Media Background, Experience in coordinating of physical activations.

Qualification & Practical, Technical Knowledge

University Degree (or equivalent experience in field), Marketing / Media Background, Experience in coordinating of physical activations.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
