The HR Analytics Consultant will be part of the Middle East & Africa (MEA) HR team, managing the HR reporting and metrics needs for the commercial business and territory in 6 clusters.

The HR Analytics Consultant will be responsible for:

Will be part of the zone HR leadership team and lead the data analytics function
Driving the evolution of the analytics function and support the digital transformation of the HR organization, focusing on actionable insights, visualization and efficiency as main deliverables and critical success factors
Engaging and providing people analytics consulting in identifying and supporting the HR reporting and analytics needs for the commercial business and territory
Providing required data, analysis, and insights for better data-driven decisions during business reviews, projects, and other tasks
Will be leading the SFC dashboard initiative in order to strategize our people efficiency / investment actions. Collaborating with various stakeholders in HR, Finance, and business leaders to automate manual reports, drive actionable insights and ensure single source of truth
Design and develop predictive analysis models and build Human Resource dashboards that derive trends and facilitate business decision
Supporting the deployment, training and adoption of People Analytics products and the data literacy of the HR community
Partnering with the global people analytics team in the product development by providing the analytical requirements from MEA
Collaborate and lead during different exercise like HR and business QBR, MEA HR strategy / vision / priorities, preparation for presentation to key visitors


Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance or General Management
Detail orientation and a strong interest and curiosity on how data insights can improve business
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of HRIS platforms, analytical/visualization tools, statistical software & machine learning techniques and concepts are preferred
