Here’s what will be in store for you at Zywa once you join as a partnership manager.


Merchant Acquisition: Identify and target potential merchant partners across various industries, from small businesses to major retailers.

Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with merchants, understanding their unique needs and tailoring our BNPL solutions to meet them.

Sales Funnel Management: Lead the entire sales funnel process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.

Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer behavior to inform partnership strategies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of merchant partnerships, using data-driven insights to drive growth and expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for merchant partners.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years experience and proven track record in merchant acquisition and partnership management, preferably in the fintech, BNPL or payments industry. Strong network in UAE region Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail markets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment. Passion for fintech and innovative payment solutions.
