We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within our Home Appliances Division and Consumer Electronics Division. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production, supply chain management, quality control, and overall operational effectiveness of both divisions. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on management to drive productivity and meet organizational objectives.


Operations Oversight: Supervise and manage the operations of the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics divisions, ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution in both areas.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companys overall

goals for both the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics sectors, focusing on cost-effective production, inventory management, and quality control.

Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate operational teams in both divisions, ensuring productivity,

efficiency, and compliance with quality standards in the production of home appliances and consumer


Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures for both product lines, maintaining

high standards and adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.

Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain activities for both divisions, overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and optimal product condition for home appliances and consumer electronics.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency in both the home appliances and consumer electronics segments, integrating best practices and emerging technologies where applicable.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage operational budgets for both divisions, identifying cost saving opportunities and efficiently allocating resources to maximize operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure coordination and alignment across departments for both home appliances and consumer electronics.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs for both divisions, track performance, and prepare regular reports for management review covering both home appliances and consumer electronics operations.


Highly Creative & Innovative Professional Leader.
Should have MBA or any relative field certifications.
Knowledge and experience in high level management and market leadership in multiple industries in field of Air Conditioning and Major Home/Democratic Appliances.
Experiences in Branding, Creative Management & Business Development.
Experience in Creating OEM / ODM Brands.
Talented Marketing Strategies Interconnect with Sales Plans & Structure.
Exceptional communication skills in Arabic & English)
