About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager in Jumeirah Al Naseem.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Main Duties:
To maintain standards to ensure that the customer experience is efficient, effective and hospitable.
To fully versed in the brand standards and ensure that all colleagues are aware and also maintain these standards.
To fully supports the Sous Chef or Head Chef with managing the kitchen team and operations.
To maintain customer standards the Outlet Manager must ensure that all colleagues have the correct knowledge required of their station by means of regular assessments, appraisals, and on-going training.
To monitor effectiveness of workflow & Sequence of Service during service periods and provides hands-on support as and when required.
To monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
To maintain a working knowledge of relevant sections within the Food Hygiene SOP and ensure the Outlet meets the standards at all times.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience needed in a Beach Operation in a 5star Hotel.
Multi-Lingual skills.
Internationally recognized Degree or Diploma.
