Analyse and fully understand the Verticals’ Operating Procedure
Data Input / Data Warehouse pull (AWS).
Business-related performance (revenue, order growth), funnel analysis, customer analysis, KPIs, and Targets.
SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Identify and recommend opportunities for performance optimization.
Conduct market research to gather data and insights on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer preferences.
Monitor, analyse, and report on vertical performance, including service delivery times, and operational productivity metrics.
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and issues in operations.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct load testing and capacity planning exercises for current services.
Stay-up-to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance optimization.

Skills/Competencies Required – What You Will Need

Ability to use AWS and write basic code to pull data from the warehouse for analysis.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Proactive approach, creative mindset, and ability to solve practical issues, with a data-driven decision and sound business judgment.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and with strong organizational and time management skills.


Achieve revenue targets for each monetization channel (in-app advertising, e-commerce platform, digital content, etc.).
Monitor and track revenue performance regularly.
Increase conversion rates for in-app advertising, e-commerce platform, and digital content.
Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue generation.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs associated with monetization strategies.
Improve return on investment (ROI) for monetization activities.
Utilize data analytics to track and analyse key performance metrics for monetization strategies.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with advertising networks, content creators, influencers, and carbon offset projects.
Monitor the performance of partnerships, including revenue generated, reach, and alignment with sustainability goals.
Strengthen collaboration and negotiate favourable terms to maximize revenue and reach.
