Role summary and Objectives:
The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in managing performance media across search and social platforms with a strategic vision how to deliver clients business objectives incorporating the latest media trends and formats available on the market for luxury brands. The candidate needs to be a numbers-oriented person with analytical mind so he/she can make the right decisions for their client. The candidate will be fully involved in the day-to-day conversation across all UAEs clients and help them grow in the digital/performance space.
The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing products, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, optimizing performance media to delivery business objectives, managing campaign reporting and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search and paid social media strategy that aligns with the luxury brand’s objectives and targets the MENA audience.
Identify new performance opportunities and trends specific to the luxury market.
Create, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social media campaigns across all performance platforms (Google, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other relevant channels)
Monitor performance and come up with strategies to achieve and overachieve the media targets.
A/B test ads to determine the best performing approach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance data to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports on KPIs, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Coordination with Hubbed Operations Team:
Work closely with the hubbed operations team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from asset delivery to post-campaign analysis.
Conduct quality checks on the work delivered by the operations team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Address any operational challenges promptly, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly.
Collaborate on streamlining processes and improving efficiency in campaign execution.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid social media advertising, especially those pertinent to the luxury market in the MENA region.
Competencies (Specific knowledge, skills and abilities):
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a preference for experience in the luxury market.
Proficient in using performance advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin etc) reporting tools (Google data studio, Tableau, Big Query etc) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic/Other language is a plus
Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-Oriented: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role, especially when conducting quality checks.
