We are looking for a Temporary PMO Analyst for a temporary contract with the possiblity of conversion to fulltime , your role is vital in keeping our projects on track and well-organized. Your main tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing proposals and creating contracts in Word
Creating Purchase Orders
Validating Invoices with POs
Tracking Contracts, POs and Invoices in Excel
Working with DU in ordering new or replacement Mobile and SIMs
Tracking all DU devices on excel
Creating Excel Charts and Powerpoint Presentations
Data Analysis in Excel
Liasing with Finance on Payment status
Liasing with Vendors on Proposal and updating them on Payment Status


Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management office (PMO) tasks is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good at working independently or in a team.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management and procurement processes is helpful.
